President's Message

Agarwals are aborigines of Bharatvarsha i.e. India. We are decendents of Maha Vishnu and Maharaja Agrasen. Mahalaxmi is Mother of Agarwal Community and Kuldevi. Agarwal community ruled India from times of Maharaja Agrasen to times of Maharaja Harshvardhan. After murder of Maharaja Harshvardhan we are victims of atrocities, social indignities, harassment, economic exploitation, exhortions, robberies, kidnapping and what not by Aryans and other invaders. Agarwal, jains, bania and vaishya are spread all over India and around the world because we are doing business. Since we have no concentration in any particular Indian State or locality, we are not able to send a representative of Agarwal Community in State Assemblies and Parliament. There is not a single MP who speaks for Agarwal Community while other Members of Parliament from other communities openly plead for all sorts of benefits for their castes. Population of other communities have increased manifold when compared to our community.

Traditionally, we are business community spread all over India. We have always been forced to give donations. Temples and Ashrams are not houses of Gods but houses for other people. Manuwadi and Invaders in India put Agrawal community in an awkward position in society, since they forced them into the 3rd ranking of the castes. Although Agarwals were wealthy and intelligent people for but were never given respected place or places of honour in society and in management of affairs of Goverance. Agarwal community has never been happy due to atrocities committed on them.

After Independence of India Constitution have made provisions for SCs & STs. SC/ST Commission, reservation of seats in State Assemblies, in Parliament, in central Govt. jobs and educational institutions, reservation in promotion etc. Now OBCs have also been given benefits in Govt. jobs and educational institutions. 70-80% of total jobs in Govt. and State Govts have been occupied by SC/STs & OBCs. Govt. should come out with a white paper on these statistics.

Indian Constitution is full of discrimination towards Agrawal, Jain, Bania and Vaish community. We are not supposed to be socially backward, educationally backward and economically backward. We pay lot of taxes but poor people in our community are not eligible for any kind of special benefits given to similarly placed children of other communities. Now those people who are in majority in Legislative assemblies and Parliament are making Laws which are detrimental to interests of Agrawal, Jain, Bania and Vashya community and are discriminatory in nature. Aggrwal Central Association will represent interests of Agarwal, Jain, Bania and Vaish Community following Gandhain path for :–

Establishment of a National Commission for Agarwal, Jain, Bania and Vaishya Community For :-

• To check economic exploitation, harassment by society, ruling castes and communities in several states in India. Stop all kinds of, harassment by Government machinery, robberies, murders, kidnapping, extortions, forcibly occupation of our land and buildings, temples, schools etc.

• Ten percent reservation in Central and State Govt. jobs including State Police and Central forcs by reducing physical standards as done for other communities.

• Act of Parliament for managing our own educational and religious institutions.

• 10% reservation of seats in State Assemblies and Parliament, political posts.
